Food is cold! Why? Your food is so good so i dont understand why you allow it to be ruined for the sake if saving money on delivery you charge for? Thisbis unusual but still- not great when waiting gor over an hour to have cold food

Our order was an hour late, the food was not very warm and the 2 kebabs didn’t have salad or sauce. As per the system I said ‘No’ to the things I didn’t want eg; jalapeños but left blank the things I wanted. When I rang to ask why I hadn’t received the salad I was told the list is too long to go through for the things I wanted, flawed system if you can cross off the things you don’t want and then you don’t get anything! While I appreciate they said they were busy it’s was Very disappointing the food and service received. We would have collected had we known there would be this many issues! Won’t be ordering again!

I have just bitten into a piece of plastic hidden in my pizza. Plus the pizza was forgotten about and did not arrive with the rest of my order.

Burger was cold and uncooked. Chips were hard. Salad was soggy. Usually perfect food but it was awful tonight.

Amazinf honestly , came 20 minutes. Lovely lady on the phone also. Asked for salad on the side they given extra. Nice kebab . We will come again .
